Where can I park?

Free parking is available in the 2- and 4-hour spaces south of the building. Alternatively, the City of Ames offers reserved parking for $50 per month or Downtown District Employee Parking Tags for $10 per month.

Do you provide wired internet connections?

Yes! Please let us know if you would like a wired internet connection.

How fast is the internet?

We currently have fiber optic 500 Mbps download & 500 Mbps upload speed.

Are mailbox services provided?

We do not offer mailbox services. For your mailing needs, please use the post office located one block away. You can reserve a PO box through the post office.

Can my company pay for my membership?

Yes, your employer can pay for your membership. Please contact our Team for assistance with setting up employer-sponsored billing.
